Straight answers

Does it cost anything to enter?

No. Entry is free and no purchase is required. You just need your name and email. A purchase or paid project will not increase your chances of winning.

Do I have to answer the extra questions?

No. They're optional. Your entry counts even if you skip them.

What can the prize cover?

A complete project up to $5,000 retail value, at no cost to you. For example: new vanities and countertops (including plumbing) for two bathrooms, new toilets, flooring for a couple of rooms, or a tile accent wall. If you'd rather put it toward a bigger project, you can. That's your choice, never a requirement.

How many times can I enter?

Once per person. Everyone has the same single entry.

When is the drawing?

Entries close Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern. The winner is drawn live on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) using RANDOM.ORG's independent third-party draw service, with a public record anyone can check.

Does booking a Fit Call change my chances?

No. The Fit Call is separate from the giveaway. Booking, or not booking, doesn't affect your entry.

"Remodel Overwhelm" Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAID PROJECT, OR BOOKING A PHONE CONSULTATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Brevard, Indian River or Volusia County, Florida, who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its trade partners, and their household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor: Melbourne Beach Flooring and Kitchens Inc, 3830 S Hwy A1A Ste C2, Melbourne Beach, FL 32951.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins October 16, 2026 and ends Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern (the "Promotion Period").
How to enter: Visit mbfkpros.com/giveaway during the Promotion Period, complete the entry form with your name and email, and submit. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Prize and odds: One (1) Grand Prize: a residential home remodeling project with Sponsor up to a maximum retail value of $5,000. The prize is designed to fully cover a standalone project (such as, but not limited to, select bathroom vanity and countertop updates, toilet replacements, flooring installation for select rooms, or a tile accent wall) requiring $0 in out-of-pocket expenses from the winner. Alternatively, the winner may voluntarily choose to apply the $5,000 value as a credit toward a larger remodeling project with Sponsor, in which case the winner is responsible for any costs exceeding $5,000. Retail value: $5,000. Prize is non-transferable; no cash or other substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Work must be performed on a residential property owned by the winner in Brevard, Indian River or Volusia County, Florida, and must be initiated within twelve (12) months of prize acceptance. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes; a Form 1099-MISC will be issued for the $5,000 value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Drawing and notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing using RANDOM.ORG's Third-Party Draw Service, live on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours and must claim the prize within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
Privacy: Entry information is used to run the Sweepstakes. You'll receive marketing emails only if you check the opt-in box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Winners list: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above after November 1, 2026.
